A group of ACH batches initiated into the ACH Network or sorted for delivery to ACH receiving point(s). A file must be transmitted electronically via data transmission between the sending point and the receiving point. A file may be delivered to an end-point via direct data transmission or other agreed upon media. A file may contain one or more batches of entries.
